Buy Your Tickets In Advance

Tickets and passes can be purchased in advance online by clicking here. Tickets may also be purchased at the ticket box office located on the mezzanine level of the Arlington Hotel during the festival. The Arlington festival box office officially opens at 5:00 p.m. Friday, Oct. 10. A pre-sales box-office will be open  Oct. 6–9  from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the HSDFF office located in the Hot Springs Regional Chamber of Commerce at 659 Ouachita Ave, Hot Springs. Pre-purchased tickets and passes will be available to pick up beginning Oct. 6-9 at the HSDFF office from 9 am to 2 pm or at Willcall on Oct. 10th.

AARP members and guests will receive a discounted ticket price of 25% off the regular price of each ticket. When purchasing tickets online, each AARP member is required to enter the assigned discount code as well as their Member Number to receive the discount.

Please note: purchasing a general admission ticket does not guarantee admission. VIP Pass holders, Film Buff Pass holders, sponsors and filmmakers are given priority admission to all films. Please arrive early.

Special event tickets: a limited number of tickets are available for special events. Tickets must be purchased in person at the time of the event. Please arrive early. See below for Opening Night Schedule.


TICKET & PASS STRUCTURE

VIP Pass ($200) – The all-inclusive pass for the festival including admission to all films, panels, workshops & parties with priority admission. Includes opening night and closing night films, awards ceremony, and receptions. Also includes VIP Filmmaker party that is invitation only on Thursday, Oct. 16.  This is the best way to enjoy the festival! Excluding Red Carpet Circle Events. Film Buff Pass ($100) – Includes admission to all films during the festival. Does not include opening night, closing night films and receptions. Does not include panels, workshops, & parties.  The best way to enjoy films only at the festival!

Opening Night ($25) – Includes admission to red-carpet opening night film, panel, popcorn and champagne pre-reception at The Arlington Hotel and post-reception with heavy appetizers at the Arlington.

 Closing Night ($25)- Includes admission to awards ceremony, film screening, Q &A with actor George Takei and post-reception with light appetizers.

Closing Night Film & Awards Ceremony ($25) – Includes admission to red-carpet awards ceremony, closing night film, panel, and post-reception at The Arlington Hotel with heavy appetizers and a live band.

Student Pass ($50) – Includes admission to all films during the festival. Includes opening and closing night films, awards ceremony, panels & workshops. Does not include receptions.

Day Pass ($20) – Includes admission to all films for one day of the festival. Does NOT include panels, workshops, & parties. Does NOT include opening and closing night film, panel, and receptions or special screenings.

General Admission ($5) – Includes admission to one film, panel, or workshop during the festival. Does NOT include special screenings. Please see program for list of special screening films.

Opening Night Schedule of Events

4:00 pm: Pagoda Hill Pre-reception- Hot Springs Giving Circle, Red Carpet Circle, invited guests, and filmmakers only.

5:30 pm: Popcorn & Champagne Reception

6:00 p.m: Theater doors open (VIP pass holders and sponsors admitted first) 

6:15 pm: Glen Campbell: I'll Be Me followed by a Q & A with Director and Producer James Keach, Producer Trevor Albert, as well as Campbell’s wife Kim and children Ashley, Cal and Shannon, all of whom appear in the documentary, as well as a live performance by brother/sister duo Ashley and Shannon to include an original song from the film.

9:00 pm:  Post-screening party on the Arlington Mezzanine with light appetizers and cash bar. 

Until midnight: The evening at the Arlington will be topped off in the Arlington Lobby bar with more from the talented Campbell family: Music by Billstown and Drew Henderson Band, joined by Glen Campbell siblings Barbara, Sandy, Jane and Gerald. 

 10:00 pm:  After party at Pagoda Hill for VIP pass holders, filmmakers, Red Carpet Circle, Hot Springs Giving Circle, and invited guests only.

Closing Night 

Join us for To Be Takei , George Takei’s playful and profound trek for life, liberty, and love, The film offers a look at the many roles played by eclectic 77-year-old actor/activist, whose wit, humor and grace have helped him to become an internationally beloved figure and Internet phenomenon with 7-million Facebook fans and counting.  Actor George Takei will be in attendance.
