We like to ensure that every seat in every theater is taken, so prior to the start of each film we sell the open seats to people who have waited in the standby line. It’s a very successful way to see some of the films that have closed for advanced sale early.

Standby tickets will be sold to the Standby Line on a space-available basis, beginning anytime from 15 minutes before the scheduled screening time up until the start of the film. As soon as the number of unoccupied seats has been determined, those tickets will be sold to individuals in the standby line. Standby lines form approximately one (1) hour prior to scheduled start time. There is a limit of one (1) ticket per person. Cash and credit cards are accepted for standby sales.

All orders are final. No refunds or exchanges are given, regardless of weather, traffic, or other unexpected phenomenon, except in the case of program cancellations. Refunds are not given for unredeemed tickets. Lost, stolen, forgotten, or damaged tickets and passes are non-replaceable and non-refundable.

A hard ticket does not guarantee seating. We recommend ticket holders be in line at least thirty (30) minutes prior to screening start time in order to guarantee a seat.

Admission is not permitted thirty (30) minutes after the screening start time.

All seats are general admission and multiple seat saving is not permitted.

There is a 3.5% service fee for all orders. Service fees are non-refundable.

Please be aware that some films may not be suitable for youth. Parental discretion is advised as all of these films are not rated.

Film length, as listed in the program does not include introductions or Q&A sessions following the screening.

Please silence all mobile devices when in the theater. Cameras and recording devices are not permitted in the theater.
